Precision Deep-Drawing
Components are formed in progressive stages — sheet to cup, cup to enclosed form — controlling material flow at each stage to maintain wall thickness and prevent thinning failures. Multi-action presses handle compound geometries; internal radii follow draw-ratio rules, external corners are tooled to your spec.
