I) About the Data Controller
Your personal data may be processed by Prime Tool & Form, LLC within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law"). Under the Law, Prime Tool & Form is considered the data controller.
II) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
The purposes of processing your personal data include, without limitation: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Prime Tool & Form and its business partners, continuing Prime Tool & Form's commercial activities, and managing Prime Tool & Form's human resources and employment policies.
Every necessary technical and administrative measure is taken to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data and unlawful access to it, and to ensure your personal data is securely stored.
III) Sharing of Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with Prime Tool & Form's shareholders, business partners, suppliers, external service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
The purposes of sharing your personal data include, without limitation: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Prime Tool & Form and its business partners, continuing Prime Tool & Form's commercial activities, and managing Prime Tool & Form's human resources processes and employment policies.
Necessary security measures are taken when your personal data is shared.
IV) Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data and Their Legal Grounds
In order to carry out its activities, Prime Tool & Form collects your personal data through surveys, websites, Prime Tool & Form representatives, and similar channels, and processes it on various legal grounds in accordance with the conditions listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
V) Your Rights Under the KVK Law Regarding Your Personal Data
Under the KVK Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information about it if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred,
- To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
- To request that actions taken under Articles 5 and 6 of the Law be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
VI) Contact Information
You may send the Personal Data Processing Request Form — containing the identity information required to exercise the rights listed above, the right you wish to use, and a detailed explanation of your request — to our address below by registered mail with return receipt. To exercise these rights, you may also apply in writing to Prime Tool & Form or deliver your application directly to the relevant department. Should the Personal Data Protection Board determine new application methods, these will be announced by Prime Tool & Form. Applications made within this scope will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge.
