As the senior management and staff of Prime Tool & Form, an important supplier to the sectors we serve, in order to manage all risks to our business continuity and information assets, we are committed to:

• Documenting our information security management system in line with internationally recognized standards, and continuously improving its effectiveness
• Fulfilling the applicable requirements related to our information security management system
• Defining up-to-date roles regarding responsibility and authority for running our information security management system
• Ensuring our core and supporting business activities continue without interruption
• Ensuring information is accessible only to authorized individuals, and maintaining segregation of duties
• Providing the resources needed to implement, maintain, and improve our information security management system
• Systematically managing risks to our information assets
• Complying with all applicable information security laws and regulations in the countries where we operate
• Closely monitoring technological developments related to information security
• Being aware of the importance of training, and providing all our employees with the training opportunities they need on our information security management system
